Luxury Flooring Makeover: Amtico and Bladerunner in a Stunning Silverstone Home

In May 2024, we completed an exceptional project in Silverstone, Northamptonshire, transforming a 5-bedroom home with bespoke designs from Amtico’s Signature and Spacia collections, as well as Bladerunner gym flooring.
The Project: Expert Preparation Meets Premium Finishes
This 310m² project began with meticulous preparation. The ground floor (220m²) was treated with F77 DPM for a moisture-resistant base, followed by Mapei Renovation fibre-bonded screed across both floors to ensure a flawless surface for the flooring installations.
Amtico Flooring: Style and Durability Combined
Main Areas: 260m² of Amtico Signature - French Oak was installed in a sophisticated Castle Weave pattern, adding texture and character to the home’s living spaces.
Bathrooms: Amtico Spacia - Gibson, Snow, and White Marble provided a timeless and practical finish, perfect for high-moisture areas.
Bootroom: Amtico Spacia - White Marble and Black Marble in a chequered design brought a striking yet functional look to this hardworking space.
Bladerunner Flooring: Perfect for the Home Gym
For the gym, Bladerunner Black gym tiles were chosen for their durability and ability to withstand heavy use while maintaining a clean and modern appearance.
Precision in Every Detail
The split-level living area featured LVT nosing from CAT Flooring Accessories, ensuring smooth and stylish transitions between spaces. This thoughtful detail tied the entire flooring design together beautifully.
