Contemporary Bolon Flooring for Stratford based Creative Agency
The PDQ team recently had the pleasure of installing 100m2 of stylish Bolon woven vinyl flooring, over in Stratford-Upon-Avon. This modern and inspiring flooring was installed for the fantastic Launch Agency, and was part of the refurbishment of their headquarters on Union Street. These Bolon vinyl tiles were perfect for creating a unique looking office space whilst being easy to clean and hardwearing.
To start with, as always preparation is key! We first uplifted the existing carpet tiles and applied a primer to the subfloor. We then used Stopgap 1200 which is a latex screed to create a smooth and perfect finish, ready to install the Bolon flooring.
The tiles we installed were Bolon Studio Hexagons in 4 different colours. Using different colours in a floor is a great way to naturally guide people around a space and accentuate certain areas. Bolon produce a wide range of colours and shaped tiles, for creating imaginative work and living areas. PDQ’s fitters skillfully installed the flooring using Mapei eco fix adhesive to adhere the tiles to the subfloor.
